Cancellation Policy:

• Anyone arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment must reschedule.
• 24 hour cancellation notice must be given or a fee will be charged.
• One weeks notice must be given on group or multiple bookings or a50% fee on services will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged in full for services.

Return Policy:

• No refunds on Boutique items. Store credit only.
• Full refunds will be made for hair products within 7 to 10 business days.
